Procurement Coordination
We manage vendor quotes and ordering for all design-specified materials, ensuring each item is sourced accurately and aligns with the overall design plan. This includes coordinating deliveries and logistics, as well as resolving any issues related to damages, delays, or incorrect items
Project Coordination
We coordinate with trusted contractors and specialty installers to ensure your design is executed as intended. From reviewing scope, aligning trades with the design plan, and conducting site visits to support key design decisions.
